Diana Hanson is the Founder and Principal Consultant of The Heimdall Group, a multidisciplinary consultancy focused on helping organizations build safer, more resilient workplaces through integrated approaches to security, risk management, threat mitigation, crisis preparedness, and organizational resilience.
Recognizing that today’s organizations face increasingly complex challenges that rarely fit neatly into a single discipline, Diana established The Heimdall Group to bring together experts from emergency management, security, communications, critical infrastructure, supply chain resilience, and specialized technical fields. Her vision is to provide clients with practical, integrated solutions that address the human, operational, and organizational dimensions of risk.
Diana combines extensive experience in threat management, security governance, investigations, workplace violence prevention, business continuity, and crisis preparedness with a strong foundation in leadership and strategic communications. Throughout her career, Diana has supported organizations in navigating sensitive investigations, assessing and managing complex threats, developing protective security programs, and strengthening their ability to respond to disruption.
